Last week we dug a big hole in the ground. These photos are from last week after the footings and some of the foundation walls are formed. This week the foundation will be back filled, after the concrete has cured for a few days. The photos show that an addition on the existing house was removed to make room for the much larger new addition! There is a walkout on the lake side and we are adding approx. 1500 square feet of new basement space.
Gives a little perspective the the change in the size of the foundation.
